“Haven’t we already seen this movie before?” asked Scott Summers, better known as Cyclops.

 

“Yeah… and?” Claire answered when she returned to the couch. She plopped down next to him.

 

“Why do I have to watch it again then?”

 

“Because it’s my night to pick and it’s a great movie.” Claire stated, taking a sip of her soda. “Besides, you know you love it.”

 

“I do not… I just happen to like the music. It’s a good comedy,” Scott stated causing Claire to laugh. “What are you laughing at?”

 

“You only like the songs because of that girl singer’s video!”

 

“You have no way to prove that,” Scott stated with a half grin.

 

“I don’t need to be Matt or the Professor to know you like that song.”

 

“Yeah, yeah, what about you? You get excited everytime Hugh Grant shows up on scene.”

 

“Why? Jealous, Scott?” Claire teased.

 

“No”

 

“Well you shouldn’t be. I would never trade you with anyone.” Claire admitted to him, kissing him gently on the lips.

 

“Mmm…” Scott was grinning when she pulled away. A second later, “POP! Goes my heart!” He sang off key for Claire who laughed in embarrassment. To stop him from waking the others, she pulled him in for another kiss, completely forgetting about the movie.
